Cook up something tradicional today, try these mexican burritos with tortillas from Torilleria Superior.
- 1/2 Kg shredded lamb
- 8 Flour tortillas from Tortilleria Superior ®
- 350 g of cooked beans
- Mexican tomato sauce or chipotle sauce
- 1/2 Of a lime
- 1 Sprig fresh cilantro
- 1 Pinch ground cumin
- 1 Pinch dried oregano
- 1 Pinch of chili powder
- 3 Cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
Step 1: In a large bowl, place the meat peppered with lime juice, cumin, oregano, chili, chopped garlic and oil chorreoncito.
Step 2: In a saucepan with a little water, heat up some well-cooked beans.
Step 3: Heat up the tortillas in a pan, sprinkling a few drops of water, and keep them wrapped in a tea towel to keep warm.
Step 4: Saute meat in a pan without oil.
Step 5: Place on a tortilla, some beans and some meat, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, add a tablespoon of salsa and fold tortilla, forming a rectangular package.
