Tortillas, nopals, onion… What more could ask from a traditional Mexican dish? This delicious recipe with satisfy any craving



  • 3 Pieces of small Nopales (Cleaned and without thorns)
  • 1 Tomato finely cut in small cubes
  • 1/4 lbs. of fresh cheese
  • 7 Tortillas from Tortilleria Superior
  • A dash of salt


Step 1: With a table knife make small holes in each peace of Nopal, heat them up in a frying pan without any oil.

Step 2: 5 Minutes later turn each peace around and when they are tender remove them from the pan and cut them up in stripes. After that you can start heating up the tortillas in another pan.

Step 3: When the tortillas are ready you can put the stripes of Nopales along with a slice of cheese and chopped tomato, you can a dash of salt and you’re all done!
