It’s cheese, it’s tasty, it’s fast, it’s the all time favorite Mexican recipe your family is going to love! These quesadillas are an excellent meal for any time, event or occasion.



  • Cooking oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bunch cilantro
  • 8 wheat flour tortillas (above ®)
  • 200g of Cheddar
  • 1/2 Fried beans
  • 1 Serving Mexican tomato sauce


Step 1: Fine chop the onion, cilantro and grated cheese.

Step 2: Heat up the beans.

Step 3: On a frying pan, lightly add some PAM, heat up the tortillas until they are soft.

Step 4: Imminently remove the tortilla from the pan and place a layer of beans, a layer of grated cheese, a little bit of onion, cilantro, a table spoon of salsa and fold the tortilla.

Step 5: Repeat same process for all quesadillas.

Step 6: Before serving, heat up in a non-stick pan and add some drops of water.

Step 7: Add the quesadillas and heat until the cheese has melted.

Step 8: Serve Immediately, cut the quesadillas in 4 parts to form triangles. All done!

Variants / Secrets / Tricks:

Instead of adding tomato sauce (salsa), you ca use green sauce, or chipotle sauce.

Also, you can substitute the beans for black can beans, chili beans or even ad vegetables to the mix like spinach, broccoli, coli flower, mushrooms, etc.
